Returns are accepted for exchange or refund with the following conditions:
- Returns must be sent back to Candy within 14 days
- Merchandise must be just as you received it: with tags attached and not worn, washed, soiled or tailored.
- No returns on undergarments or swimwear.
- You must pay the shipping to return the item to Candy. We will pay shipping for a replacement item. Candy does not refund the cost of the initial shipment.
- Refunds must be made to the same credit card used for the original purchase.
- Call us for assistance at 706-549-0191 between noon and 6:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.
